Agata is a lawyer with significant experience in mental health and as a values-based leader in organisational change with a history of building high performing teams within the not for profit, public and private sectors. Agata has held a number of senior leadership roles and is currently the Chief Executive Officer at healthAbility, a leading community health organisation that has been providing support and care to people for over 40 years.
As a Senior Executive, Agata is focused on great client service while balancing the needs of employees and compliance. Agata is passionate about advocating for mental health and disability services.
