Healthy Living

We’re exploring a new healthy-living program based in Ulladulla and want to hear from you! Healthy Living combines gentle exercise with practical cooking skills.

We’re inviting expressions of interest for our Healthy Living program!

The program includes:

  • Light Exercise: Enjoy scenic walks on local tracks, using outdoor gym equipment as we go (gym visits on wet weather days).
  • Your Own Cookbook: Create a personalised recipe book with the meals you prepare.
  • Health Cooking: Purchase ingredients together, then return to Cedar to cook simple, nutritious meals.


NDIS funding required.
