We provide a range of services to support the wellbeing and development of children and young people. This includes Clinical Supports, social and recreational programs, as well as free events and activities in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven through KidsWish, a registered charity of The Disability Trust.
We provide flexible Home & Living supports tailored to each person’s needs. This includes Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Housing & Tenancy support, and daily living assistance through Individualised Support and Community Access.
We provide employment services for every stage of a person’s career. This includes programs for school leavers such as Youth Employment (SLES), Next Step, and Project SEARCH internships, career pathways, supported employment through our social enterprises, and assistance to enter or re-enter open employment. Our dedicated provider for inclusive employment services is embarc.

We offer a range of regionally based programs to keep people connected. This includes social groups, sport and recreation, community access and day programs, as well as children’s activities such as Arvo Group, The Adventure Hub, and KidsWish. Our independent Trusted Support Coordination team helps participants understand and put their NDIS plans into action. Meanwhile, our Trusted Plan Management team assists with budgeting and invoice processing to make the most of plan funding and achieve the best outcomes.

Yes! Our experienced staff run engaging after-school and Vacation Care programs across NSW and the ACT for young people aged 12–18 with disability. Activities are tailored to individual interests and include both indoor and outdoor experiences.
In partnership with Trusted Clinical Services, we offer NDIS-funded supports including allied health (Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology), behaviour support and therapeutic services, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and training programs.
