Carol Berry

A new chapter for Carol Berry

Carol Berry will be finishing up as CEO of The Disability Trust effective immediately after successfully winning the seat of Whitlam in the federal election.

Since joining The Disability Trust in November 2020 as General Manager of Southern Operations and later stepping into the role of CEO in January 2023, Carol has had a meaningful and lasting impact on our organisation. During this time, she has remained steadfastly committed to the rights of people with disability and the delivery of exceptional services. Carol has also overseen significant growth and change including mergers with ermha365, OC Connections and Marriott Support Services.

We sincerely thank Carol for all the contributions she has made over the past four and a half years.

The Board has commenced what will be a comprehensive search to identify and attract a new CEO to lead the organisation.

The senior executive team will continue to maintain a strong focus on client outcomes and ensure we deliver on both our strategic goals and operational performance throughout this period.

We wish Carol the very best in this next chapter.
