Trusted Support Coordination Expands Into Queensland

Since Trusted Support Coordination launched in 2014, the service has experienced unprecedented growth which keeps on going with services launching in Queensland earlier this month.

Trusted Support Coordination discovered that there was a need for quality Support Coordination services in the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast and proceeded to plan to expand into that area. It was important that they were able to provide a high quality Support Coordination service in Queensland and finding the right person to lead and deliver these services was key, a previous employee Tanya Chamberlin held all of the qualities needed and had just so happened to have relocated to the Gold Coast!

Tanya will be the leading Support Coordinator in the Queensland region with support from Rochelle Dives as Manager.

Tanya is currently focusing on working with members of the community, supporting individuals to become NDIS participants and existing NDIS participants to obtain Support Coordination, where they require an additional level of support to navigate the scheme effectively.

Tanya’s has already commenced work with her first participant and is eager to support them in working toward their goals.

This growth and success only continues due to our wonderful team who work together to support the people we work with, to get the most out of their NDIS plans and live the life they choose.
