WorkAbility is a specialist disability employment service provider across the Eurobodalla, Bega Valley, and Snowy Monaro. Our offices are in Batemans Bay, Bega and Cooma.

WorkAbility has the industry knowledge, experience and local connections to give job seekers the edge in finding and maintaining employment. We prepare Disability Employment Services (DES) participants with the required skills and qualifications to be competitive in their job search.Â
We engage with employers to help them become more accessible and inclusive, helping workplaces become disability confident. We maintain a long-term relationship with both employees and employers providing ongoing support and advice when needed.Â
