Cooking Group

The program is designed for participants to develop cooking skills, meet new friends, and enjoy their meal.

Cooking doesn’t have to be complicated to be fun and healthy!

Delicious easy-to-use ingredients are combined with smart time-saving ideas to create healthy meals that will leave your taste buds singing.

All recipes will show you the recommended method of presentation, an ingredient guide, serving size, timings and an easy-to-follow method.

NDIS funding is a requirement to join this program.
