Who Are We
Disability services and support provider. Advocate. Charity operator. Community builder.
We are a not-for-profit NDIS registered support services provider with a rich history of disability advocacy and providing person centred support services. We have been supporting people with disability and their families for over 50 years.
We offer individualised services such as accommodation support, employment assistance, community engagement programs facilitating social activities, group participation and so much more. We aim to enhance the quality of life and opportunities for people with disability. We are driven and sustained by our Vision, Purpose and Values.
Meridia is the parent organisation of The Disability Trust, ermha365, OC Connections, Marriott Support Services, Bedford and embarc — bringing together a family of trusted social service organisations working across disability, mental health, employment, community inclusion, allied health, clinical services and social enterprise.
Together, our organisations support thousands of people across Australia through hundreds of programs that help people build independence, improve wellbeing, gain meaningful employment, strengthen community connections and live the life they choose.
While each organisation has its own history, expertise and identity, we are united by a shared purpose: creating better outcomes for people, families and communities.
Being part of Meridia enables us to share knowledge, strengthen innovation and collaborate across our organisations, while ensuring the trusted services, local relationships and personalised support you know remain at the heart of everything we do.
Together, we connect what matters.
