We offer a diverse range of services and activities for people with disability within the south-east Sydney area. We endeavour to foster a strong sense of belonging and social engagement, which is vital for the wellbeing of everyone in the community. Among the services available in the Sutherland Shire are Youth Employment Services, Day Options (The Next Step program), Sport and Recreation activities and groups, Community Access, Youth Vacation Care and Supported Independent Living (SIL).
Supported Independent Living where we find quality accessible homes catering for individualised support needs and preferential shared living arrangements with between two and five residents per home. Search the current list of properties in this area.
We also offer the School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program, helping people in their final year of school or who have recently left, prepare for and find meaningful employment.
We also facilitate cooking, wellness and fitness, learner drivers and a range of other social, skill building and engaging groups in the region including the South East Sydney Theatre Group giving aspiring performers the opportunity to get on stage and unleash their creativity in an encouraging and supported setting.
Ragers is a community access program that is held on Fridays and Saturdays with fun and inclusive destinations chosen by the group. The program aims to give clients aged 18 or over more opportunities to increase social engagement, community involvement, and developing confidence in a group. The Art Group in Miranda has a social inclusive environment and has exhibited the groups work at spaces and local galleries such as the Hazelhurst Arts Centre  to showcase their work, including a mural to acknowledge First Nations culture and celebrate diversity and inclusion. Whatever your goals are in life, we have staff who are highly skilled and passionate, providing reliable, innovative and flexible support to suit each individual circumstance.
