Individualised Support & Community Access

Our Oran Park office is on Dharawal land of the Dharawal people. We are all about empowering people to achieve their goals, whether they’re big or small

We partner with people and their communities to support life-enhancing opportunities for everyone to – live, work and belong in an inclusive world. Serving a wide area of south-western Sydney, we have made great strides in providing a range of support options. We offer Youth Employment Services, Sport and Recreation and Community Access programs, Youth Vacation Care, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

The Disability Trust is an experienced NDIS provider and we have been supporting great outcomes for many people who access our services with an NDIS plan since 2014. We offer a wide range of Sport and Recreation activities to help people with disability improve their fitness and participate in fun, friendly activities under the guise of expert coaches.

The School Leaver Employment Supports program is focused on filling a gap in the area when it comes to helping youth with disability to find meaningful work. Many of our job seekers have joined organisations at “entry level” and gone on to establish successful careers.
