Employ People
Tap into the potential of the disability workforce.
Research has shown more than four million Australians, which equates to roughly one in every six people, have experienced disability. We believe in the potential of every individual to contribute to the workforce. Business owners have a fantastic opportunity to employ workers with disability to serve as reliable, dedicated team members.
As a Disability Employment Services provider, we take pride in facilitating connections between job seekers with disabilities and employers. When a business hires someone through our program, they get access to substantial wage subsidies, funded by the Australian Government.
Our Employment Services team understand each person’s strengths and aspirations. Our primary focus is on their abilities and the valuable contributions they can make to an organisation.
We provide pre-employment training to ensure potential employees are ready to work. We can help provide access to grants, and offer ongoing support to ensure participants are provided with any additional resources for improved accessibility.
We can also provide services and support to help your business or organisation can become disability ready by making it both accessible and inclusive for your customers and your staff.
