Fun is the focus with The Disability Trust’s Sport and Recreation services providing opportunities for people with disability of all ages to participate in and enjoy physical and creative activities.

Whilst we continue to focus on wholistic individual support, we facilitate many inclusive Sport and Recreation based programs providing people of all abilities with opportunities to join in, get active and have fun. Whether you’re interested in team sport, getting social, creative activities or individual sports and fitness, we cater for a range of interests with our Sport and Recreation services.

We have programs and support options for children, teenagers and adults that provide opportunities to meet people, learn new skills, play in competitions, perform on stage and develop your creativity.

Our programs are specially designed and operate in a supportive environment to cater for people of varying abilities. Activities are tailored towards the needs of all participants where you learn the skills associated with each activity in a fun and supportive environment.
