Fitness 4 All

Fitness 4 All provides weekly Group Fitness and Personal Training sessions aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of all our participants.

At Fitness 4 All, we put you and your needs first as we are your partner to obtaining a better life. Our staff are invested in helping you not only during your fitness sessions but also by providing guidance when you’re not with us so you stay focused on what you want to achieve.

With your group session you have the opportunity to train with your peers in a fun and engaging environment where you will be challenged by your trainer. These sessions focus on cardio and weights, and they are aimed at getting your heart rate up, making you sweat and ensuring you finish each session with a sense of achievement.

With our Personal Training sessions, we have qualified staff members who deliver a quality fitness program aimed at meeting the goals of each participant. Our staff are also fully trained Disability Support Workers which enables them to modify their sessions and create an engaging experience that ensures your fitness goals are being met.

Fitness 4 All has an accredited Exercise Physiologist who can develop and implement a fitness program tailored towards your individual goals. Our Exercise Physiologist will provide you with a detailed report outlining your outcomes from these fitness sessions.

They will also liaise directly with other allied health professionals to create a holistic approach, ensuring you have a range of improved health outcomes from these sessions.

NDIS funding is a requirement to join this program and is available for participants aged 16 years and up.
