Wellness Wednesday

Be part of an uplifting program, establish positive lifestyle habits and focus on your wellbeing.

Facilitated by certified life coach Liz Evangelou, this program looks at what is wellbeing, goal setting, learning the value of gratitude, how your attitude can affect your mood and using positivity and art therapy in your day-to-day life.

Participants learn skills and strategies to motivate you to grow within yourself.

NDIS funding is a requirement to join this program.

Experiences include:

  • Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving.
  • Along the way, you may discover a greater sense of confidence, happiness and enjoyment of your life.
  • Wellness includes social awareness, exercise, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness. Each one has an impact on your physical health. By making simple and healthy choices on a daily basis, you will be well on your way towards reducing stress, having positive social interactions and achieving optimal wellness.
