Celebrating hard work and commitment

Congratulations to WorkAbility client Nicholas Sticotti who has achieved 12 months in his Yards Person role with Tarra Motors, Bega. “I’m proud to work for Tarra Motors and I love my job,” said Nicholas.

WorkAbility Employment Consultant, Karen Roscoe, praised Nicholas’s commitment to his job and personal growth during this period. “Achieving this milestone is a testament to Nicholas’s willingness to learn, hard work, reliability and respectful nature,” said Karen.

“Thanks to the mentoring and inclusion from the entire Tarra Motors team, during Nicholas’s first 12 months in the job he’s now independent at work,“ said Karen, “Nicholas’s hours have increased and he’s learned many new tasks across the business.”

Owner of Tarra Motors, John Stylianou, said, “Nicholas is a pleasure to have in the workplace.”   “Nicholas has a very big heart, brings some humour to our workplace and is proud to work at Tarra Motors,” said John, “Nicholas is respectful to his team mates and customers and always wanting to help the team by working hard and learning new skills.”
