Franca brings proven commercial disciplines as well as senior executive skills from highly regulated corporates, and extensive experience in leading customer experience transformation, risk management, compliance and governance that served Kidzwish well in laying the foundations for the merger with The Disability Trust.
Franca has intimate knowledge of the healthcare system, policy and cost structures from previous roles at Medibank and is passionate in ensuring healthcare is designed around the experiential needs of Australians, at whatever life-stage or circumstance. As Executive GM for ahm health insurance, Franca built a great connection with the Illawarra and will seek to invest her abilities to advance the impactful work of The Trust in the community and more broadly.
