Club Trust Out and About

Club Trust Out and About encourages participants to plan a two-monthly itinerary for weekly trips.

As a group, participants discuss places they would like to explore and after gathering at the Mittagong office, they hop on a bus to explore the surrounding areas.

It’s a great way to teach the value of preparation while also getting confidence from seeing a plan come to fruition.

NDIS funding is a requirement to join this program.

Experiences include:

  • Teamwork, social skills / friendships
  • Creativity & imagination
  • Self-expression & self-esteem
  • Confidence
  • Improve emotional and health wellbeing
  • Exercise
