We have had 1:1 supports with the Trust for over 10 years and have been blessed with a team of siblings with whom Daniel has built a strong connection to. During Daniel's 1:1 sessions his support workers help build his independence through shopping, cooking and completing household chores. They also take him out into the community to participate in social activities. Over the years of having this service we have seen a massive growth in Daniel's confidence and independence, and more so his ability to hold a conversation. Daniel is always excited to see his support workers on their respective days. They have become an extended part of our family."
