Physical Fitness

Be part of a group that prioritises physical fitness, health and friendships.

Our dedicated group converges on the Bay Pavilion each week for Swimming Club. The program also offers group yoga sessions at the Batemans Bay Hub.

Physical Fitness members who enjoy exploring attend bushwalks and beach days in the community.

 NDIS funding is a requirement to join this program.
