Belinda is a business and technology executive with 31 years’ experience across industries including manufacturing, resources, financial services, private banking and community services. Joining The Disability Trust in 2010, Belinda has been involved in a number of strategic projects to ensure internal systems and software solutions are aligned with The Trust’s long term objectives. Belinda brings a person-centred approach to technology projects and enjoys the collaboration and reward of team-based growth and delivery.
As the Chief Transformation Officer, Belinda is at the forefront of change under the NDIS and works with business support and operational teams to ensure TDT successfully navigate changing government policy through a coordinated approach to people, processes and systems.
Working at The Trust allows Belinda to blend her passion for social impact with sound business expertise, to help make the world more inclusive. She is an active member of her local community through her volunteering with Scouts NSW and through lived experience, is connected to a range of events/program for people with disabilities.
