Ed has over 20 years’ experience in the community services sector. He has held direct operational, practice quality and senior management roles and has qualifications in Disability Health Sciences and Psychology. Ed is passionate about person centred approaches and ensuring team processes result in positive outcomes for people accessing services. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of policy and processes that focus on assisting services to ensure support is person centred and compliant with legislation and best practice. Ed is focused on supporting the exceptional Leadership Team at The Disability Trust as they deliver high quality services to people with disability, while ensuring The Trust contributes to the important ongoing systemic reforms in the disability sector through the NDIS.
