Sports and Recreation Awards Night 2022

In December 2022, the Annual Sports and Recreation Awards Night was held at the Novotel, Wollongong. We celebrated with over 250 participants, parents, carers, and sponsors in our black-tie themed gala. The evening was a wonderful recognition of the success of our participants and the positive community engagement established through the programs.

We are so proud of all of their achievements, including Zhayne Gurtala’s 600-hour-club, an award presented for the first time at this event! We also celebrated Tony Hammond’s 20-year anniversary with the Sports and Recreation programs.

The 2022 Awards Night was supported through funds raised at the Ray White Golf Day, which allowed all participants to attend free of charge. Trophies were awarded to recipients, and everyone enjoyed a boogie at the end of the night with the DJ on the decks.
