Group Day Options

Group Day Options facilitate daily opportunities for social engagement and inclusive activities that promote developmental learning for adults with intellectual disabilities in a social and supported environment.

The Disability Trust runs Day Options for adults with disabilities in NSW and the ACT. Our disability services day program activities have a strong focus on community participation, independent living and skills training. Participants typically attend 3-5 days each week and are involved in life skills development activities such as cooking, shopping and communication. There are also regular day trips for activities that are appropriate to the individual’s level of disability and goals set and supported such as swimming and horse-riding.

Some of our day options models cater for people with high support needs. This includes participants who use wheelchairs. We provide additional support for individualised medical and care needs.

Please complete the form below if you would like to check availability in your area or would like any further information.

NDIS funding is a requirement to join this program.
