CycleAbility Program

We had a very special delivery last week at head office – our new CycleAbility program bikes! Our Chief Operating Officer Ed Birt, Manager of Sport and Recreation Michael Norris, and Sport and Recreation Officer Linzi DeSousa welcomed the delivery with big smiles. We can’t wait for participants to try them out at the program!

When: The last Saturday of each month from 10am – 12pm 

Time: 10am – 12pm

Where: 5 Edney Lane Spring Hill

The program will teach participants:

  • Bike riding skills
  • Road awareness and safety 
  • Road rules
  • Bike maintenance
  • To be active and healthy
