Great outcome for family using Trusted Plan Management

As plan managers we often don’t get to see the outcomes for our clients first hand but we were lucky enough to catch up with Flynn last week and see his new wheelchair and modified vehicle paid for via his plan.  Seeing these purchases first hand was a very humbling and rewarding moment for our team who usually work behind the scenes.

Being able to see Flynn looking so comfortable in his new wheelchair after so many long months being in a chair that no longer suited his needs was just fantastic and the family vehicle allows them to access their wider community with ease. The positive changes and the health benefits for Flynn and his family are clear and we are so happy to have helped them in their journey.

Trusted Plan Management is a small, efficient and committed team of five who are dedicated to building relationships with both their participants and the providers that they engage for their supports. But what is Plan Management?

Plan Management is a fabulous option for participants wanting to maximise the flexibility of their NDIS funds. Some of the benefits of your NDIS funds being plan managed are:

  • you can utilise NON registered providers,
  • you don’t have the worry of paying invoices, budgeting for the plan funds and keeping the required records.
  • we can reimburse you for a service or support you have paid for with your own money, as long as it is in line with your NDIS plan goals/needs
  • you can reach out to the team and be assured that we are here to support your plan  management needs
  • the plan management fees are included in your plan in addition to your support funds.

To start having your NDIS funds plan managed all you need to do is advise your LAC at your planning meeting. By doing so you will be in the driver’s seat and be able to make more choices to use your funds, your way.

The team at Trusted Plan Management are up to date with the NDIS pricing guidelines and changes and are here to support you.
