IncludeAbility: Tamara’s Story

Tamara was recently employed at Kmart Figtree as part of the Illawarra IncludeAbility Pilot Program. She has settled in nicely and is currently working through her online training, she has also recently been shadowing on the floor.

Kyle, pictured with Tamara, was one of the 30 Kmart Managers who attended the training sessions hosted by The Disability Trust in partnership with Australian Human Rights Commission. These sessions aimed to build confidence, readiness, and an inclusive work environment.
