Katie Loves Her Cooking

Katie always loves cooking with her friends in Food for Life but since COVID isolation she has missed her Wednesday’s at The Disability Trust…so we decided to start a cooking show at home where she could showcase her cooking skills and all the wonderful things she has made for family and friends on Facebook and Instagram. Some things have been challenging, but not once did she give in…so every Wednesday at home she does a show that she named “Cooking in Katie’s Kitchen “.

So far Katie has made biscuits, pizza, bread, pastry, pasta, cakes,  sausages rolls, pastries, quiches, a chocolate ganache tart, a roast meal, apple turnovers, and many more beautiful things for us to eat. Everything she has made, I’ve videoed for her. I hope everyone enjoys watching her first video as she makes some yummy cookies for us to eat.
