NDIS Practice Standards Audit 2020

“A great organisation, with exceptional people who deliver great services and demonstrate great support to participants.”

This was one of the comments from our auditors after being audited against the NDIS Practice Standards last week. We achieved high praise for our person centred practices and our commitment to tailoring supports to ensure people meet their personal goals and aspirations. The auditors talked to over 30 participants, their families and carers plus numerous staff.

Overall the feedback was extremely positive and many families and service users expressed how respectful, professional and kind we were in the delivery of our day-to-day services. The auditors also spoke about how knowledgeable, passionate and professional our employees are.

We are incredibly proud that in the middle of a coronavirus pandemic The Disability Trust has the technology and systems to practically demonstrate that our services and governance are best practice.
